• Available pickup times for your cake:
  Tuesday - Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm    |    Saturday 8.30am - 1:30pm

• Please ensure your order has been placed at least 2 business days prior to pick up, or has been specifically approved by staff (last minute cake orders please call 0434 598 438)

• Just a reminder that we don't write on our cakes. Sorry for the inconvenience

CAKE CANCELLATION POLICY:

Oh no! Change of plans? We’re sorry to hear the party isn’t happening anymore. Here are your options:

 

72 hours or more before pickup time

We can postpone your cake order for another date, cancel your cake and refund 100% to you, or give you a 100% cake credit to use for next time

 

72 - 24 hours before pickup time

Oh you’re cutting (the cake) close. During this cancellation period, we can offer you a 50% refund or a 60% cake credit to use for next time

 

Within 24 hours of pickup time

Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds or a cake credit. The party might be cancelled but cake is still delicious and will hopefully bring some happiness to the situation. Who says you can’t have a cake party for 2?
